This crazy partnership started in San Diego on the football field of San Diego City College as a Knight. Over the years, we remained friends and started helping high school students get into college to experience the wonderful feeling of being a collegiate football player.

This is Coach RO’ (ROLANDO)-I played High School and Junior College football and have Coached high school football for over 20 years. In addition, I have been chosen to Coach in several All-Star games including being the Head Coach of the late Rueben Ale’s So-Cal Polynesian All-Star Classic for 3 years-In my time, I have been a guest Coach in at least 20 college camps across the Nation as well as Bowl Games-What I am most proud of is that I have assisted over 400 Student Athletes garner College Scholarships to Colleges and Universities all over the Country, 40 of which played professionally. Most importantly, hundreds of these athletes earned College degrees in several different majors. I look forward to meeting and speaking with you.
I’m a coach with a deep passion for teaching the game of football. Over the past 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching at every level—from Pee Wee to college. My mission is to guide student-athletes through the recruiting process because I know firsthand how challenging it can be.
I began playing football at age 13 and continued through high school, junior college, and ultimately Division I on an athletic scholarship. Along the way, I faced obstacles and made mistakes simply because I didn’t have the guidance I needed. That experience drives me today.
We’re here to ensure that every student-athlete receives the support, knowledge, and direction necessary to make smart decisions and find the right fit for their future—both on and off the field.
